In this fast-paced role, you will oversee internal communications and lead the company's learning and development plan, ensuring training needs are accurately assessed and addressed.
Working closely with our corporate clients and cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-impact projects and company initiatives on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality, embodying the exceptional service expected in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: Lead, design, and implement communication strategies that drive engagement and support change across the business.
Overseeing mulitiple sites with in the contract this roel will include travel Oversee the learning and development plan, ensuring training needs are accurately identified and addressed.
Deliver projects and company initiatives according to budget, timeline, scope, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with corporate clients, providing expert advice to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor, working with leadership teams to ensure effective communication around change initiatives.
Craft impactful messaging, support culture-building efforts, and promote transparency across the organization.
About You: Proven experience in a senior communications role within the corporate sector, ideally with hospitality experience in a 5-star hotel or high-service environment.
Strong background in overseeing learning and development, with a focus on assessing and meeting training needs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and communicate effectively.
