The role: Were looking for a creative and enthusiastic Communications & Design Advisor to join our Transform team.
This role is ideal for someone with a flair for design and content creation who wants to use their talents to support a meaningful cause.
Youll play a key part in promoting our purpose and values through engaging content that resonates with mainly internal, but also external audiences.
In this role, youll be responsible for delivering eye-catching and engaging communications across various platforms, from creating publications, newsletters and videos to managing content on our website, social media and internal channels.
Youll also be our go-to person ensuring our brand is consistently applied across all communications and youll help showcase the incredible work we do.
Were ideally looking for: Proven experience in multi-channel comms including print, digital, video and social media.
A strong background in content creation: writing, design, editing and, ideally, video compilation.
Proficiency in design and photo-editing software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Creativity, initiative and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
