24 months The deadline for the job posting is the 11th of November in 2024 Background: A Transformation Programme has been established for Supply Chain to develop the supply chain capabilities required to support new GSK's growth ambition.
This Programme will also drive alignment and accelerate value creation across Commercial, Operations, Finance and our Pharma and Vaccines Supply Chain.
It will create the foundation for an accelerated, digital transformation of the end-to-end Supply Chains to drive revenue, profitability, and improved working capital.
It will bring together complementary initiatives across GSK under one accountable GSK Supply Chain Transformation team.
The role will be responsible for the Communication, Change and Capability pillar of the Programme, working with senior stakeholders and business partners at many levels of the organization across both Pharma and Vaccines functions to lead, align and deliver successful change for GSK.

They will provide strong, capable leadership to the core teams enabling delivery, as well as resources across the organization contributing to the successful realisation of our Transformation and Change goals.
Job Purpose: The Transformation Change & Capability Lead will develop and drive the Communications, Change Management and Capabilities workstream enabling the entire Programme.
The role is accountable for developing and implementing the Communications, Change Management and Capability Development frameworks/tools as a core member of the Supply Chain Transformation team.
The role will effectively drive the delivery of identified activities and benefits, partnering, and influencing cross-functional business teams, bringing change management thought leadership to the Programme.
Whilst the workstream needs to be well structured, there is opportunity within the role to be creative and agile, shaping solutions and finding innovative approaches and optimal delivery methods.
The role will need to exhibit leadership and influence a wide range of stakeholders at many levels across GSK to gain commitment to plans and to identify and resolve risks/interdependencies.
The Programme is a single, global GSK transformation across Pharma and Vaccines, driving digital transformation and acceleration with one GSK transformation team.
Key responsibilities: Accountable for developing Communications, Change Management and Capability Development frameworks, approaches, plans and deliverables taking an agile approach through different program phases including direction for engagement materials at all levels of the organisation.
Responsible for working with Communications partners across GSK to shape and deliver overall Transformation storyboard and communication plans, ensuring an ongoing strong and dynamic Transformation identity and narrative Developing an innovative approach to Communications for different stakeholder groups, across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Strategy functions, and spanning all levels of the organisation.
Owning and driving the stakeholder engagement process, communications plans, knowledge transfer and training plans to support the integration and embedding of changes into business processes, systems, and teams Leading and enabling, in partnership with other workstream leads, the sizing and assessment of the change impacts, the identification and the delivery of change interventions e.g.
change impact assessments Developing the vision for our future Digital Capability, bringing in innovative learnings and experiences to deliver an engaging, tailored approach to learning, and embedding skills and capabilities Leading the Change journey of the Transformation Team itself and equipping them with the capability of effective change leaders Maintaining strong and supportive relationships with stakeholders at many levels in the wider business and Tech teams, establishing networks cross-functionally and end to end to deliver tailored change management approach Role modelling GSK Behaviours with an enterprise mindset as a senior leader working across GSK and leading by example, working successfully and inclusively with different cultures Creating a supportive atmosphere in which to provide coaching, feedback and support to core and extended team members Job Related Experience: Extensive experience in developing and delivering communications strategies for large change programs across global, multi-cultural and multi-functional organisations Demonstrated experience in implementing change management across dispersed organisations Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering capability and training programs in a digital or technology related discipline Experience of working in different cultures to collaborate and build relationships Proven Leadership and people management skills Accountability mindset Demonstrable credibility with, and management of senior stakeholders, middle managers and team members Self-motivated, confident and resilient Pr eferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Relevant professional qualifications in Communications and Change Management Relevant qualification of certification in Digital Communication *LI-GSK Why GSK?
