THE ROLE (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Smart Pension has a market-leading communications team, and we're looking for a Communications Assistant to to help support our continued growth.

This role involves a combination of content drafting, project management, campaign work and reporting.
You'll have to work closely with colleagues to ensure that communications are created and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
Review communication requests and make sure they're in plain English and easy to understand.
Own and manage our communications collateral library to make sure it is up-to-date and in line with legislation.
Review communication performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns using Tableau.
Share engagement insights to support the creation of new communication campaigns.
Contribute and share monthly dashboards to cover team performance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create consistent and compliant messaging across all of our products.
Craft, develop and deliver communications campaigns that drive revenue and assets under management.
Support our Key Client Account team to deliver personalised member engagement campaigns.
Work with our Data engineers to segment campaigns by different demographics.
Work with the Operations team and other stakeholders to prioritise requests and understand their requirements.

Strong copywriting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience distilling complex concepts into something easy to understand.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Experience of project delivery (including the ability to consider/challenge the status quo while considering the overall impact of any changes).
