You'll have the support of an external agency and internal teams to succeed in this exciting and varied role.Core responsibilitiesCommunications strategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand voice.Research and benchmark competitor communications.Align strategy with external factors impacting our customers and target segments.Communications deliveryWith support from agency and internal teams, create both written and video communications to effectively engage key audiences, including existing customers and new business prospects.Plan and host engaging webinars, ensuring delivery of high-quality content, with the support of subject matter experts within the business.Produce tactical video content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, confidently speaking on camera to represent the company professionally.Support with the creation of compelling emails, banners, blogs, and other communication materials to support marketing and sales objectives.Events strategyAppraise effectiveness of customer and market-facing events.Develop a compelling and impactful portfolio of eventsCreate an events strategy to align with our growth and customer engagement objectives.Events deliveryTake ownership of the annual events calendar, including the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and customer focus groups.Manage all logistics, including venue coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, print collateral production, and event giveaways.Act as the primary on-site representative for everyLIFE, ensuring smooth execution and professional representation.Travel to events across the UK and Ireland each yearMonitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Collaboration and coordinationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Work with the product team to understand prospect feedback and market trendsIdentify partners and external stakeholders to support growth objectives.Reporting and analysis:Track and report on performance metricsAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threatsProvide regular updates and reports to leadership.TeamContribute to Revenue team projects and objectivesBring insights and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team performanceWork through agreed processes and systems to document activities and progressSupport activities beyond core responsibilities, when requiredQualifications and experienceFormal marketing or related qualificationAt least 3 years of relevant experienceProven delivery of multi-channel marketing communicationsCreative design and experience of design packagesManaged a broad range of events, including B2BUnderstanding of CRM and campaign scheduling softwareExperience of B2B and / or SaaS (preferred)Key competenciesProject managementCommunications strategyCopywritingProof-readingEvent strategy and managementUsing Canva or similar design packageBasic video production and editingReportingHold a full UK driving licenseUnderstanding of the care marketAmbition to make a differencePlease note that this is a UK based role and we are only able to accept applicants with the right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
