Communication Lead - Telecom JD below: Job Summary: The Communication Lead will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the organization's brand, engage stakeholders, and promote key initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both internal and external communications.
This role is part of a large programme, where you will be play an important role in shaping the communication strategies in support of the programme objectives.
You'll be able to build a comms strategy that supports the change objectives the programme wants to achieve.
You must be able create high quality and compelling narratives that get the attention of employees at various levels of the organization.
You'll utilize a wide range of communication channels including written, podcasts and videos to create engaging communications.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and oversee the production of various communication materials, including CxO Presentations / briefing decks, newsletters, marketing flyers and social media content.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.
Crisis Communication: Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate potential issues.
Milestone Communications: Develop and execute key milestones communication across the wider community in the orgranization.
Performance Measurement: Analyse communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinking and adaptability to changing circumstances.
