**We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our developing in-house Clinical Team, this includes occupational therapy, psychotherapy andtherapy assistants.
You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plansfor the pupils we support.You will be responsible for holding a speech and language therapy caseload andwith the full support of our knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will alsocontribute to staff training and consultation.
Both a challenging andrewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiasticindividual, with a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to makedecisions, as well as manage their own workload.
In addition, you will provideinformation and training to staff, commissioners and other agencies asrequired.Our Clinical Teams help maintain a person centred, empowering approach alwaysputting the people we support at the forefront of everything they do.

complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern) * Experience of working within school environments * Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle**What's in it for you?
