What We're Looking For Registered Nurse Qualification: Active NMC registration is essential.
Commissioning Expertise: Proven experience in commissioning new nursing homes or managing large care services.
CQC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC standards with a history of achieving good and outstanding ratings.

About the Role As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of setting up and running a new nursing home, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
You will: Lead the Commissioning Process: Oversee the entire commissioning process, from recruitment and training to policy implementation and service development.
Build and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing care team committed to delivering person-centred care.
Drive Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and consistently strive for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
