Role & Responsibilities Oversee the commissioning process for generator systems within UK, Ireland and Europe, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the scheduling of a team of commissioning engineers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their responsibilities.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that commissioning activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
You will have strong technical knowledge and experience in commissioning generator systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Be proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results to our clients.
Frequent travel to sites throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe required.

Requirements Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in commissioning generator systems.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Full driving license.
