We have a fantastic position for aCommis Chefin our new restaurant Hop Scotch at the brand new Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.ResponsibilitiesAs a Commis Chef youre on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a great chef.You will do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
