Role Overview: As a Commercial Trading Manager, you will oversee and manage the commercial trading activities, aiming to drive profitable growth and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Drive commercial trading performance.
Create and test initiatives to improve commercial performance.
Develop a trading approach effective for seasonal and key trading periods throughout the year.
Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to create a unified view of the customer.
Recognise customer needs and bring them to life.
Analyse current performance, market trends, and consumer trends to inform strategy.
Identify gaps in current commercial modelling and ensure robust daily and monthly reporting.
Communicate data insights with operations, marketing, and product teams to support positive ROI.
Understand potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial minded individual to join our new Challenger Brands tribe.
These brands, acquired through Payingtoomuch and Rock, have a combined customer base of 1.3 million.
You will be part of a small but rich culture tribe, starting with 4-5 people and managing around 30 stakeholders.
You will have high expectations to aggressively trade these brands and optimise pricing practices to leverage our market-leading position for optimal conversion.
Essential Skills: Commercially astute with strong financial skills.
Ability to challenge existing processes and ways of working.
Strong and articulate communicator, capable of working at SLT level.
Previous experience in Commercial Management.
Confident in developing and leading a team.

Background in insurance or aggregator industries.
