Commercial Technology Solicitor - In-house Our client is a fast-growing, leading-edge technology company looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their busy in-house legal department.

Based in London, this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities Be a UK qualified solicitor with good training at a reputable law firm Be between NQ - 3 years PQE Have broad commercial legal experience Have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements Assist and help the department on a wide range of other legal matters such as IP, corporate, data privacy, compliance, and property The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and good business acumen.
You should be ambitious and eager to advance your career in a vibrant, fast-moving organization.

In-house experience is desirable, but the client will consider a private practice lawyer looking to transition in-house who can demonstrate strong business and commercial skills.

Our client anticipates that candidates with newly qualified to 3 years PQE will possess the relevant skills and knowledge for this position.
However, this is an approximate guide, and the client is open to applications from candidates outside this PQE range who have the relevant experience.
