What You'll Be Doing: As a member of this dynamic team, you'll work on a broad spectrum of high-quality commercial and IT matters, advising major clients from sectors like insurance, life sciences, retail, and technology.
The role involves: Advising on technology and commercial contracts, including issues related to competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising.
Collaborating with in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs.
Engaging in cross-border work as a significant portion of the firm's projects involve international dimensions.
Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: A strong academic background and high-quality experience in commercial and/or IT law, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate confidently.
A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a commercial mindset.
Background in commercial, IT, competition, or regulatory law.
