We provide a national service for drainage and watermains claims across the UK, working as specialists on behalf of major insurance providers.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) Location:   Field/Home based (will be required to travel to Head Office sites in Walsall and Preston for team meetings) Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus Public/Bank holidays Main Purpose of Role There are two elements to this role Supporting the Technical Team in Preston and the second part is' Supporting The Head of Operations and National Field Manager with the performance management and onboarding of our new suppliers and directly employed Drainage Engineers.
Technical Team Lead, coach and develop a team to ensure that all metrics across Underground Services Team met on a daily and weekly basis.
Be a visible leader who manages the mood and culture of their team and therefore contributes to making the team a great place to work Supports the Management Team that manage a team of Digital Validators, Report Writers and Customer Service Operators Be a brand ambassador for all our clients, working closely with the client services team.
Drive process change and improvement to continuously improve efficiency and productivity Identify skills gaps and drive a culture a personal development of all direct reports Ensure that case specific issues that create a debt position are immediately identified and action Work with internal departments and stakeholder to ensure service delivery and resolution of workflow blockers Ensure that H&S compliance and legal frameworks are always adhered to Field Based Drainage Engineers and Underground Services Supply Chain The key elements of your role will be to deliver exception service to both internal and external customers using the companies direct labour organisation.
Reporting direct to the Head of Operations To act as a point of contact for our direct labour and sub-contractors to help assist and advise and ensure maximum first-time resolution is achieved We intend to extend the remit of this role to involve you in the onboarding, monitoring, and auditing our sub-contractor network to ensure full compliance with all necessary company H&S requirements.
To provide all necessary training to allow DLO to undertake the role which will need to be maintained Ensure that all contractor call are undertaken and completed on a daily basis Ensure that all DLO, vehicles and works are compliant with current H&S regulations Responsible for delivering the day to day budgetary targets set by the business in relation to the field staff Monitoring and controlling direct costs and materials Ensure that all and any overtime is monitored and is productive Complete DLO time sheet and approve any justified overtime We all have different skills here at CET and that's what makes us stand out.
