The Role The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Technology lawyer (3+ years' PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.
Key Responsibilities: Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.
Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.
Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.
Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
Potential opportunities for client secondments to enhance commercial understanding and client relationships.

The Candidate The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Commercial/Technology law.
A strong track record of advising on complex commercial and technology matters.
Excellent client management and communication skills.

The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
