Azelis is seeking a Commercial Support Assistant – Pharma & Healthcare to join our dynamic team in a full-time, hybrid position based at our Hertford office.In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Sales and Product Managers, helping us deliver outstanding customer service and ensure efficient administrative processesIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a role that offers growth, innovation, and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile and analyse monthly sales-related statistics to support business decisions.Act as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool key user for the Business Unit, responsible for training the team and disseminating the latest updates.Conduct detailed product market mapping to identify growth opportunities.Maintain accurate pricing information in the CRM and ensure effective and timely communication with customers.Provide strategic support for key account management initiatives.Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver project-based support and operational assistance.Perform supply chain mapping to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Oversee and streamline administrative tasks related to customer portals.Deliver comprehensive commercial support and other business-critical assistance as required.Experience, Skills & EducationCommercial, enterpreneural and dynamic mindsetWillinness to understand basic product USPsQuality drivenSelf-starter – Passionate about achieving goals/targetsUnderstanding of customer and market dynamics and requirementsStrong relationship building skillsExcellent organisational skills, structuredTeam playerStrong communication skillsVery good IT skills (CRM, D 365, Excel)
