Commercial Solicitor - Nq-4 Pqe

Our client, a leading legal 500 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join their Corporate & Commercial department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to work at a fantastic law firm and join a fast-growing team.
Responsibilities Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including those related to Marketing and Advertising agreements, Technology/Software agreements, Data Privacy, Joint Ventures and IP agreements.
Corporate: provide support on Corporate matters including Mergers & Acquisition projects and commercial due diligence.
Conducting legal research and providing support on a range of corporate and commercial legal issues.
Manage matters both individually as well as collaborating with other members of the team on larger transactions and matters.
Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have be between NQ-3 PQE and have had some exposure to commercial agreements, preferably with a focus on Commercial/IT/Data agreements.
You will have experience engaging in business development activities with either new or existing clients.
