The Role:
As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on IP, data protection, and compliance issues.

About You:
2 years + PQE in commercial law, ideally from a reputable firm.
Proven expertise in managing commercial transactions with a pragmatic and client-focused approach.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
