JOB REF:• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience from another leading law firm.• You will be responsible for assisting with the team with a wide range of commercial contracts to include, Agency and Distribution agreements, Supply/Purchase agreements of Goods and Services, Manufacturing Agreements, Franchising, Outsourcing, E-Commerce, Technology agreements and IT agreements.• You will have early exposure to case management and client relationship development and will be provided with training and support.• You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart.• A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player.• Our client is an extremely well established, multi-award winning, Chambers ranking regional firm.• Hybrid and flexible working options available.• On offer is a competitive salary with an unrivalled range of benefits.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
