Commercial Solicitor

Key Responsibilities: Experience working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence Oversee the due diligence process for clients Handle both completion and post-completion matters Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders' agreements What We're Looking For: Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven experience in corporate and commercial law Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles to real-world scenarios The Perks: Competitive salary based on experience Free car parking on site 25 days holiday + additional holiday over Christmas Wide range of benefits, including; enhanced maternity & paternity, weekly fresh fruit, discounted gym fees + more
