Commercial Solicitor

Commercial /IT Solicitor - Bristol This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 100 law firm in Bristol in the Commercial/ IT team, as a Senior Associate Solicitor with at least 5 PQE, you will be part of a team working on high-profile, high-value commercial/ ICT projects, outsourcing arrangements, and general commercial contracts.

Skills & Experience: Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation (including IT contracts) Interest in IT or technology law with a strong desire to further develop expertise Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other disciplines What you will do: Advise a variety of public and private sector clients Be part of a major outsourcing program Manage commercial transactional projects and supervise junior members of the team What's in it for you!
