As a Commercial Sales Executive you will be an integral part of our small, yet successful customer success team based at Carnforth, Lancashire. Focused on new customer acquisition, as well as nurturing our portfolio of loyal customers, you will truly make a difference. This position can be full or part time. The successful candidate will work between our core operating hours of 8.00am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Main duties will include: Increasing customer retention and acquisition through managing inbound and outbound calls.
Enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Account management of both commercial and domestic customer.
Maintain the companies high standard of customer service and support.
To constantly monitor and report on sales KPIs and performance.
