\n Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property role within a law firm that has it's roots firmly planted in Cheshire's local community.
Within this role, you will be working on a varied caseload of matters including: \n \n Transactions including buying and selling Commercial Properties \n Landlord and tenant issues \n Commercial lending \n Bespoke Commercial Property agreements \n \n As well as this, your day-to-day duties may include: \n \n Provide bespoke legal advice \n Drafting sales contracts, commercial leases, collaboration agreements and promotion agreements \n Business Development Initiatives \n Networking and building a loyal client base \n \n This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected law firm that knows the importance of their employees which is why they offer bespoke progression paths and hybrid working options for a stable work/life balance.
