Are you the right person for the job?
NQ to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial property transactions (through a training contract or post-qualification) Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive and confident approach, with a strong sense of initiative What will your role look like?
Our client is looking for a driven, hard-working solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property Team.
You'll work closely with the Head of the Team, and other senior solicitors on a wide range of matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Transactional landlord and tenant work Secured lending Supporting the Corporate Team on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career.
As you grow, you'll be entrusted with your own caseload, with ongoing support from senior staff.
