The Role Commercial Property - Solicitor / Associate - 3-5 PQE - Up to £65,000 salary This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 practice in their established and growing Commercial Property team at their Manchester office.

As a result of the significant growth of the firm's Commercial Property offering, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Solicitor / Associate to work alongside existing fee earners and partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will be a Commercial property solicitor with experience gained at a reputable firm and a strong knowledge of secured lending matters.
The successful applicant will be responsible for handling a variety of transactional matters including corporate support, bridging finance, and development finance.
