The successful candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and a general commercial property background.

The commercial property team advise on the full range of property matters including:
Sale and purchase of commercial property Sale of business assets Sale of property at auction Landlord and Tenant transactions Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession Benefits
