YOUR DAY TO DAY : * Managing your own varied caseload of complex files* Supervising the junior members of the team * Networking and business development * Advising Housing Associations/ Registered providers in England and Wales.
* Section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, large-scale disposals etc.EXPERIENCE: * Qualified Solicitor minimum 2 PQE in Commercial Property Law * Experience working with and avoiding housing associations* Experience as a team leader BENEFITS: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + extra days * Birthday day off* Auto Enrolment Pension * Death in service x2 annual salary * Hybrid working* Shop discounts * Discounted legal services.
