Job Role: You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including but not limited to:
Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties Drafting and negotiating commercial leases Advising on landlord and tenant matters Development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals Secured lending and property finance transactions You will also have the opportunity to:
