This role is perfect for a professional looking to join a growing, friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of files including commercial leases/occupiers, landlord and tenants, freehold and lease hold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easement and property finance.
Handle complex transactions such as development and agricultural projects.
Collaborate effectively within a team and manage client relationships successfully.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in commercial property, including complex aspects.
Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
Experience within commercial and residential development sites (desirable).
Knowledge of agricultural law i.e.
farm business tenancies, estate management and entitlements (desirable).
