Commercial Real Estate Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Bristol This is a unique opportunity for a commercial real estate solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an International Legal 100 law firm in Bristol within their alternative legal services team.
The team are made up of lawyers, paralegals, and legal project managers supporting clients on high-volume workstreams and bespoke projects.

The Role: You will join a small team of lawyers where you supervision to paralegals who conduct work for clients across retail, utilities, government, property lenders and developers.

What the team does: Commercial real estate: Handling licences to alter, sub-let, and lease renewals Planning & Infrastructure: S278, S38, and S104 agreements Utility: Managing deeds of easements and wayleave agreements with landowners.
