The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team.
This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
You will handle a caseload of complex commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a small but complex caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a responsive service with professionalism and care.
Use our matter management system, which can be accessed remotely, to keep track of cases and maintain accurate records.
Stay up-to-date with developments in commercial property law and related sectors.
Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 -5 years PQE in commercial property law.
Experience in the renewables or agriculture sectors is an advantage but not essential.
Strong drafting skills.
Strong IT skills, with the ability to use our matter management system and other software tools efficiently.
Excellent client care skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload effectively.
