?Commercial Property Solicitor Our client are searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor (4-5 years + PQE) to join their Commercial Property & Planning team in Bournemouth.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.
The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes include: Provision of legal advice and assistance to their existing clients, whilst developing your own client base.
Ability to manage cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and giving guidance to others in the team as appropriate.
A fee earning role, handling commercial property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, for example: Sale of newly built property or property in the course of construction i.e.
plot sales.
Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises.
Landlord & Tennant matters.
Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contracts and coverage.
Acting for lenders andpension schemes.
Providing outstanding client care at all times.
Advising clients with integrity and reporting any concerns to the Partner.
Carrying out marketing, networking and other business development activities.
To manage all cases and files to a high standard and in accordance with SRA requirements, the Law Society protocol, Laceys procedures and the LEXCEL quality mark requirements.

Hybrid working is also available, with three days in the office and two days working from home upon successful completion of the probationary period.
The initially base salary will be between £50,000 - £55,000, p/a, depending on the level of experience and will be reviewed, once established and alongside individual performance bonuses on offer.
