This position presents a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate solicitor with NI or ROI experience to join one of the largest and most established successful property teams in Northern Ireland. Your new role As a commercial property solicitor you will have responsibility for a caseload of challenging multi-jurisdictional work involving clients ranging from local, national and international clients. Your cases will be diverse and will include a mixture of contentious and non-contentious issues surrounding: Acquisitions Disposals Landlord and tenant Surrender of leases Rent reviews Licenses (including licenses for alterations and assignment, or sub-letting) Office and retail Industrial units and restaurants Site assembly and development What you will bring to the role Proven background of Commercial Property Experience Qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland Highly motivated individual with a desire to develop business relationships Your reward In addition to joining a truly progressive firm that empowers its solicitors through defined career progression, you will enjoy a very generous salary package, including fantastic company bonus.
