My client is one of the North of Scotland's leading firms.
It is expanding its Commercial Property team in Aberdeen and seeking a Solicitor (NQ+).This well-regarded team acts for clients ranging from international energy companies to landowners for renewable energy projects, as well as national housebuilders, developers and property investors.In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, drafting & negotiating purchase & sale agreements, landlord & tenant leasing & management documentation, site acquisition & assembly for housebuilders and title analysis & reporting, as well as other due diligence matters.Along with being one of the friendliest firms in the region, you will be joining a well-structured team comprised of senior to junior fee-earners and legal support functions, dedicated to providing daily support and mentoring.Although this team is ideally looking for a candidate with Commercial Property/Real Estate experience, it is open to considering applications from candidates from different property law backgrounds who are looking to re-train into this area.As training, development and progression are all integral to the culture of this firm, one of the main things they are looking for is a determined and personable solicitor who can fit well into the team.If you are keen to truly progress your career within this area of law and feel you may be a good fit for this firm, please apply with an updated CV or contact Martin McGhee at G2 Legal for a confidential conversation.#INDMAL
