Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate high-value lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, and development agreements.
Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including property rights, zoning laws, development projects, and land use regulations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff within the commercial property department.
