£22,000 - £28,000 / Maidstone, Kent / Permanent My client, a reputable Law Firm based in Kent are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team.
They are looking to pay up to £28,000 and the successful candidate will be playing a big part in supporting Fee Earners in the Commercial Property department.
The successful candidate must have previous support experience in a similar role in a Law Practice.
Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients via telephone calls and emails Supporting legal advisors by scheduling appointments and meetings on their behalf as well as diary management Booking out meeting rooms and preparing documentation ahead of meetings Ensuring electronic files are kept up to date General administration Essential Skillset Must have similar experience in a Law Practice Secretary experience is highly desirable High level of professionalism Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Package £22,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) Maidstone, Kent Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Free parking Up to 27 days holiday Excellent social and team events Commercial Property Secretary £22,000 - £28,000 / Maidstone, Kent / Permanent JBRP1_UKTJ
