Commercial Property Paralegal

I am happy to be working with this Stamford based law firm, who are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis.
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 Typical duties include Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals; Drafting and approving leases; Due diligence (enquiries and title investigation); Undertaking necessary searches; Utility company easements and transfers; Exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities.
( Ensuring that balances are clear and files are closed at the end of the matter.
