Our client is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team.
This role includes drafting legal documents, managing transactions, and assisting fee earners across various commercial property matters.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in commercial property law, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under appropriate supervision.The successful candidate will bring previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within a commercial property or real estate environment, along with a strong understanding of commercial property transactions and legal documentation.
Familiarity with CPSE forms, leases, and lender requirements is highly advantageous.
You will possess exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.The Firm: Established in the 1800s, The Firm operates across Leicestershire & Warwickshire, delivering legal services for both businesses and individuals.

Draft and proofread leases, tenancy agreements, and Overage Deeds, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Assist with commercial sales and purchase transactions, conduct due diligence, and prepare CPSE replies with guidance from fee earners.
Support lender-financed transactions by reviewing security documents and liaising with lenders' solicitors.
Communicate with clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate efficient transactions and ensure progress.
Maintain client files and documentation in line with firm procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support to fee earners, including file management, document collation, and scheduling.
Conduct basic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and identify risks in transactions, escalating as needed.
Perform legal research to assist with complex property matters and stay updated on developments in commercial property law.
