Commercial Property Lawyer - Travel & Leisure Group

We are working with an established Travel & Leisure group who are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team, reporting into the CEO.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Property - Provide internal advice on lease terms and relevant laws, liaise with tenants, coordinate with external counsel, and review lease documents prepared by external lawyers.
Contracts - Review contracts and advise on terms, draft and amend clauses as needed.
Sales or Purchases of Parks and Clubs - Act as main contact with external solicitors, compile data, respond to queries, approve contracts prior to signature, and provide internal guidance.
Residential Property - Offer internal advice, liaise with managing agents, approve management agreements and annual budgets, and ensure insurance coverage and legal compliance.
Data Protection - Maintain ICO registrations and provide data protection advice as required.
Skills/Experience: UK qualified Lawyer, 4 - 8 years PQE Commercial or residential property experience Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
