Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a successful law firm, based in Haslingden, which needs a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding team.
This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 annually (DOE).
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to commercial property transactions such as leases, purchase agreements, licenses, and development agreements.
Advise landlords and tenants on the legal aspects of leasing commercial properties.
Handle disputes that arise from commercial property transactions, including landlord-tenant disputes, breaches of contract, boundary disputes, and issues related to property damage.
