Commercial Property Lawyer London Local Authority Locum contract 3 months+ Hybrid £50 - £55p/h (Umbrella) A London Local Authority is looking to recruit a qualified Commercial Property lawyer to join their welcoming and hard-working team.
The locum assignment will begin on a 3-month initial term, with a view to extend beyond this.
The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and team but there will be a rewarding caseload.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will possess the skills necessary to effectively time manage and maintain an excellent standard of work.
Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer with prior experience working for a Local Authority and requires the successful candidate to provide accurate commercial property legal advice to clients.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include: Commercial Landlord and Tenant work Provide efficient advice on various legal matters, such as Local Government issues and a range of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions Negotiate commercial lease and licensing agreements Selling points: Working within a well-regarded Council amongst a committed and hard-working team Guaranteed work in a fast-paced working environment Flexible working arrangement The position will be full-time; however, the council offers a hybrid working style, only requiring one day's work in the office per week, providing great flexibility and work/life balance.
During this busy period, the Local Authority is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who can start immediately or at most on short notice.
