Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join them on a contract basis.

Please note that this position would require office attendance 1 day per week.
The Role To manage a full caseload of complex commercial property matters through to completion Matters will include sales, purchases, leases, licences etc.
Good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years' PQE Experienced in managing complex caseloads of Commercial Property matters Previous local authority experience would be essential for this position The Benefits Weekly payroll Flexible working arrangements
