THE ROLE For a commercial property lawyer 6+ pqe, ideally with a broad range of experience dealing with the following: sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, as well as providing property support on corporate transactions.

THE CANDIDATE With experience from a City, West End, or regional firm, you will be looking for new challenges with an expanding team.

Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients the firm acts for and their needs is essential; Ability to develop and foster strong and effective relationships with team and clients is essential; Proven expertise in working collaboratively and as part of a wider team; Self-starter with a hunger and enthusiasm to develop own practice and generate business development ideas.
