I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer in West Yorkshire.
This role provides a great opportunity to join a leading law firm with numerous awards, that deal with quality work on a regular basis.
There is opportunity to work at Associate or Associate Director if this is the level required by yourself!!
!The role and duties: Maintain clients as well as develop new businessDealing with a range of commercial property transactions including business and property sales and purchases, commercial leases, property development, refinancing and mortgages of commercial property (acting for both borrowers and lenders).& more when required The successful candidate will have an established network of business connections, you will have a professional manor at all times.
