Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer – Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Location: Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire Salary: £50,000+ (DOE) Capio Recruitment is delighted to be representing a leading law firm with an excellent reputation for its commercial property expertise.

We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join this dynamic team and take on an exciting and varied caseload in commercial property law.
The Role As a Commercial Property Lawyer , you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a high-quality caseload, handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.
Working alongside some of the most experienced lawyers in the region, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to: Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work.
Advise a range of clients, from SMEs to larger corporations, while ensuring client care and satisfaction.
Develop professionally within a team that prioritizes quality of work, legal expertise, and career progression.
Balance a rewarding workload with a work environment that values your work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including purchases, sales, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects.
Providing clear, practical, and commercial advice to clients in sectors including retail, industrial, and development.
Working closely with colleagues across the firm to support clients' broader business needs.
Building and nurturing client relationships to promote the firm's commercial property practice.
Contributing to the firm's business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property law.
Proven track record of handling commercial property transactions and client advisement.
Strong client-facing skills, with a proactive and commercially focused approach to client service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
A team-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently.
