Our client have around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m.
They are both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines and on top of a competitive salary they have a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE.
Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including but not limited tofreehold and leasehold acquisition and disposallease renewal and rent reviewsite assembly for developersadvice to landlords and tenantsoption, pre-emption and overage agreementsproperty financingadvice upon retail, office and industrial developmentjoint venture projectsCareer development is excellent and is clearly set out for fast progression.
