Commercial Property Associate

This role involves but is not limited to: Sales and acquisitions of commercial property.
Investment and trading property acquisitions.
Preparing documentation such as contracts to finalise transactions.
Commercial leases.
Ex Landlord and Tenant matters Refinancing next development matters.
Conduct of matter on behalf of Clients.
Management of support services, including supervision of Trainees and Assistants.
Dealing with any queries raised by Clients on particular matters.
Ensure the department complies at all times with all requirements set out by Regulatory Bodies.
Work with the Head of Department in the management of the division to work in a profitable and professional manner in order to contribute to the success and development of the company.
Maintain personal accreditations.
Maintain personal billing targets.
Provide feedback to the Head of Department for appraisals and performance evaluations.
