Location: Hybrid working - Reading (2 days per week) Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven Commercial Management background at Director Level, with the following skills/experience: Strong Commercial Governance experience working within Defence, Nuclear or Central Government.
Experience managing a Commercial/Procurement team of up to 50 members in a complex environment.
Strong Public sector Procurement regulation (PCR 2015) & CCS Procurement frameworks.
Strong Contract Management - Knowledge of NEC 3/4 Contracts.
Experience working on complex major construction projects.
Experience in procuring across various categories.
