What is the job?
As a Commercial Performance Administrator you will be responsible for gathering financial and operational data about the organisation and ensuring all is logged in the relevant databases.
The Commercial Administrator provides security to the business ensuring that all data is logged in a secure place, which helps the Commercial team to analyse the data and make key operation decisions that drive the company in a positive financial direction.
The preparation of delivery data is critical to ensure the business captures the correct revenue but also provides the Finance team with information they can be confident to use directly.
Working in collaboration with other company professionals each contract will need tightly tracked to ensure invoicing is completed with no errors.
You will also provide support to the Commercial Performance Co-ordinator on ad-hoc tasks.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Your key areas of responsibility are the following.
Correspondence tracker Upload of volumes into NAV for various contracts Weekly KPI's Support NCR/NCN Trackers Preparation of monthly invoices for various contracts.
Support the Commercial Performance Co-ordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
