The Director of Commercial Partnerships is responsible for building and deploying our key partner channels for our Adra suite of solutions in EMAE, including but not limited to our Commercial Alliance, BPO, and reselling partnerships.
This role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with strategic VAR and re-selling partners and providing support for strategic planning activities for the mid-market business plan.
The Director will have a "customer first" philosophy and will be aware of our partner's latest offerings and mutual integration needs.
This role will work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to manage go-to-market programs, partner sales training, and partner events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and manage relationships with targeted Channel/BPO partnersDevelop key alliance partnerships that are influential with mid-market sized organizationsGenerate partner activity for the mid-market solution to achieve revenue targets by identifying, recruiting, and retaining industry-leading partnersEvangelize our mid-market solutions' value proposition to best-in-class channel targetsJointly define, develop, and manage business and sales plans with partnersManage and cultivate relationships with key partnersManage partner agreements, from negotiating scope and developing pricing strategies to supporting the legal team in execution of contracts/agreementsEnforce all contractual obligations between Trintech's Mid-Market business and partnersWork closely with Marketing to drive programs and events through the channelTranslate partnership strategy into actionable, growth-generating programsWork closely and successfully with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on partner program deliverablesWork alongside direct sales peers and Partner teammates to evangelize our partner capabilities and increase partner attach ratesDevelop and execute an internal awareness and marketing strategy for channel partners, conducting regular sessions to socialize partner awarenessWHO YOU ARE 5 years experience in prospecting, building, and maintaining channel partnershipsAbility to lead and manage strategic partner projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersBackground and experience developing sales agreements for software as a service (SaaS)Prior experience working with system integrators, resellers, and other similar companiesExperience in a finance, consulting, or product management capacity is a plusProven track record of generating compelling business cases with actionable, measurable execution plansStrong project management, time management, and organizational skills to effectively supervise projects to completionAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values – Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
